1. The service

2. Bookings

A booking is considered confirmed only after the date, itinerary, pickup details and price have been agreed directly by WhatsApp, email or phone. No online payment is collected through this website unless separately agreed.

3. Prices

Prices shown on the website are starting rates and may vary depending on pickup location, group size, season, vehicle availability and itinerary.
The final price is always confirmed directly before the booking is accepted.
Entrance fees, meals, wine tastings, boat tours, local guides or other extras are not included unless clearly stated in the confirmed arrangement.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the type of service, date and specific arrangements. Any applicable cancellation terms will be communicated directly before confirmation.

In case of genuine emergencies or unexpected changes, we will do our best to find a reasonable solution or reschedule when possible.

5. Shore excursions

For cruise passengers, itineraries are planned with the ship's schedule in mind and every reasonable effort is made to return guests to the port on time. However, return times cannot be absolutely guaranteed in case of traffic, road closures, accidents, weather conditions, ship schedule changes or other circumstances beyond our control. Travel insurance is recommended.

6. Responsibility

Guests are responsible for following safety instructions and for choosing activities suitable for their own physical condition. Sicily Cruise Excursions and Fulvio Amato are not responsible for delays, closures, weather conditions, traffic, accidents, personal items, third-party services or events beyond reasonable control.

7. Changes to itineraries

Itineraries may be adjusted when necessary due to weather, traffic, closures, timing, safety reasons or local conditions. Any changes will be made with the aim of providing the best possible experience.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be handled under the competent Italian jurisdiction.
